<p>The discussion for motto of NCC was started in 11th Central Advisory Meeting (CAD) held on 11th August, 1978. At that time, there were many mottos in mind like &#x201C;Duty and Discipline&#x201D;, &#x201C;Duty, Unity and Discipline&#x201D;, &#x201C;Duty and Unity&#x201D;, &#x201C;Unity and Discipline&#x201D;. Later at the 12th CAD meeting on 12th October 1980, they selected and declared &#x201C;Unity and Discipline&#x201D; as motto for the NCC.</p>
<p>They are secular and disciplined citizens of the nation at this time and in this outbreak they are working as a social worker and their objective to help public and administration wherever help public and administration wherever required. The tasks envisaged for NCC cadets include, manning of helpline, call centers, distribution of relief materials, medicines, food, essential commodities, community, assistance, data management and queue and traffic management. The ministry said that only senior division volunteer cadets above 18 years of age will be employed. NCC cadets are a trained force and their uniform would symbolise discipline. It would be easy for them to assist officials, who are already working hard.</p>

<title>Mothodology</title>
<p>The study is based on a Online Research Methods (ORM). ORMs are ways in which researchers can collect data via the internet. The field is relatively new and evaluing. In this pandemic crisis we used ORMs and Data have been collected from the (100) respondents by currently the largest social media site in the world like Facebok and Whatsapp groups etc. and secondary information through (IDIS) Individual Depth Interviews.</p>

<title>Data Collection</title>

<title>CONCLUSION &#x0026; SUGGESTIONS</title>
<p>The cadets have been assigned to assist the district administration and agencies with various protective measures during the ongoing Covid-19 Lockdown. The cadets would be deployed in front of Banks and ATMs to ensure that people maintained physical distancing norms. The cadets report to the respective Superintendent of Police in each zone. The NCC in many ways, as stated, is a silent revolution committed to the empowerment of youth and is making invaluable contributions towards nation building and to security in substantial measure. The approach we adopt must be pragmatic and implementable. Suggestions for this study that the NCC can render a greater helping hand towards social service and causes of national importance so the district administration should provide to them face masks, sanitizers and bottles of drinking water and food. And the administration should give more facilities to their families and take responsibility about their health.</p>
