Abstract
Arachis hypogaea ȱL.ȱ(Theȱpeanut)ȱisȱanȱimportantȱoilseedȱcropȱinȱtropicalȱandȱsubtropicalȱregionsȱofȱ
theȱworld.ȱThisȱspeciesȱbelongsȱtoȱtheȱsubfamilyȱFabaceaeȱandȱfamilyȱLeguminosae.ȱDifferentȱpartsȱofȱ
theȱplantȱsuchȱasȱleavesȱandȱseedsȱareȱusedȱforȱmanyȱpurposesȱinȱIndia.ȱNext-generationȱsequencingȱ
technologyȱ(NGS)ȱsuchȱasȱRNA-seqȱhasȱprovidedȱaȱpowerfulȱapproachȱforȱanalyzingȱtheȱTranscriptomeȱ
accuratelyȱandȱcheaply.ȱThisȱstudyȱisȱfocusȱonȱgeneȱexpressionȱstudyȱofȱRNA-seqȱofȱ Arachis hypogaea
