Abstract
Aȱlaboratoryȱexperimentȱwasȱconductedȱtoȱstudyȱtheȱeffectȱofȱpesticidesȱofȱdifferentȱbiodegradabilityȱ
onȱ changesȱ inȱ inorganicȱ andȱ organicȱ formsȱ ofȱ Nȱ inȱ soilȱ maintainedȱ underȱ twoȱ differentȱ moistureȱ
regimes.ȱResultsȱrevealedȱthatȱirrespectiveȱofȱpesticidesȱandȱNȱtreatment,ȱcomparativelyȱhigherȱamountȱ
ofȱavailableȱNȱisȱrecordedȱinȱwaterloggedȱthenȱtheȱsoilȱkeptȱatȱ60%ȱMHC.ȱAdditionȱofȱpesticidesȱatȱ
lowerȱdoseȱaffectsȱtheȱtransformationȱprocessȱofȱorganicȱNȱinȱsoil.ȱIrrespectiveȱofȱpesticideȱtreatment,ȱinȱ
general,ȱhydrolysableȱNH 4 + ȱ-NȱdecreasedȱbutȱonȱtheȱotherȱhandȱaminoȱacidȱNȱincreasedȱinȱsoil.ȱAgain,ȱ
theȱintensityȱofȱdecreaseȱorȱincreaseȱisȱmoreȱinȱwaterloggedȱthanȱtheȱsoilȱmaintainedȱunderȱ60%ȱofȱtheȱ
MHC.
