Data deposition and phylogenetic analysis

Cluster algorithms of all identified 15 ESTs ofABC transporters from human brain

were transformed into graphical representation with boot strap values. Slanted

phylogenetic tree showed close relationship with high boot strap value for each

EST due to the same origin of the tissue (Figure-2A).
