The following table 1.0 shows the amount of oil degraded by each culture from all

the three samples. The oil degraded was measured by pippetting out the oil from

all the slants using pipette. All the cultures which degraded oil, were inoculated in

a LB broth. Growth was observed in every beaker containing broth.
