It may be noted from Table 3 with regards to person days (in crore) after
implementation of MGNREGS. It is seen that total 1200 crore person days
of employment were generated upto the end of 2011-12 financial year. Of the
total employment generated 54% is enjoyed by SC/ST persons. Women have
