Title: A Descriptive Study to Assess the Utilization of Artificial Intelligence in Education: A Study among Educators in Kerala
Abstract :
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being integrated into educational practices worldwide. This study investigates the utilization, perceptions, and challenges of AI in education among educators in Kerala, a region known for its progressive educational
framework and high literacy rates. The aim was to assess the extent of AI adoption, identify facilitators and barriers, and explore educators’ perceptions of AI’s effectiveness in the teaching-learning process. A descriptive cross-sectional design was employed, involving 61 educators from various disciplines. Data swere collected through a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The questionnaire covered socio-demographic details, awareness, utilization, perceived benefits, barriers, and perceptions of AI in education. Ethical approval was obtained, and informed consent was secured from all participants. The study revealed that most respondents were female (83.6%), aged 31–40 years (53%), and employed in private institutions (96.7%). Awareness of AI in education was nearly universal (98.4%), with 45.9% rating their knowledge as “Very Good.” Common applications
included audiovisual aids (80.3%) and grading assignments (83.6%). However, significant barriers to adoption were identified, such as a lack of knowledge and training (82%), high costs (45.9%), and insufficient institutional support (24.6%). Despite these challenges,
49.2% of educators rated AI tools as “Very Effective” in enhancing teaching and learning,and 44.3% believed AI would become essential in education.

This study examines the transformative impact of e-banking services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh. Through a structured questionnaire and statistical analysis, we explored usage patterns, challenges, and motivations among
residents. Key themes include the surge in e-banking adoption, demographic influences, advantages, operational challenges, and preferred e-banking services. Our findings offer valuable insights into the evolving landscape of digital banking and respondent’s behaviour during unprecedented times. The research employed statistical measures, including simple percentage analysis, averages, and the Pearson’s Chi-square test for independence to address questions about the factors influencing e-banking usage. This nuanced understanding contributes to a comprehensive view of the changing dynamics of digital banking in Aligarh District.

Online Courses (MOOCs) that are flexible, affordable and make learning democratic. This research paper is an attempt to get background knowledge about SWAYAM MOOCs, its features, objectives, structure and components as well as their constituents i.e. SWAYAM Prabha free DTH educational channels. The SWAYAM is the flagship programme of Online Education of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India. There are common features, goals and differences between SWAYAM and SWAYAM Prabha .The implementation of SWAYAM MOOCs is also aligning with the NEP-2020 goals. The present study focuses on a critical analysis of the policy and present practices of SWAYAM and SWAYAM Prabha. The findings revealed that the initiatives by the Government of India (GoI), SWAYAM and SWAYAM Prabha contribute towards online education. SWAYAM has 3 cardinal principles
and a 4-quadrant approach, focusing on accessibility and affordability of education with quality content delivered by expert faculty members of different national coordinating centers.
