Circumstances changing with time give rise to new thinking and discovery. The Covid-19 pandemic has taught us that it is necessary to have alternative methods to run the country’s proceedings in a smooth manner even in difficult times. When traditional methods of education were disrupted during the pandemic, digital mode was adopted for quality education. Accordingly, the National Education Policy 2020 acknowledges the significance of digital technology in view of the potential risks and threats like Covid-19. Policy recommends suitable bodies, schemes, educational apps, digital infrastructure etc. in view of digital empowerment. In this regard, NEP 2020 advocates that digital platforms should be expanded to offer quality education for all. ICT based education has to be promoted in
the face of present and future challenges. The present paper describes the digital aspects of the National Education Policy 2020 and shows its significance in educational sector.

Cambodia, (Kampuchea) is land of Buddhism. Cambodians ethnically and historically known as the Khmers. It covers the bottom of the Indochinese peninsula, having an area of 181, 0355 sq kms. Cambodia comparatively is a small country of South-East Asia, Cambodia has a population of 16 million, (16,133,484) of which the Khmers who comprise 94 percent from the majority. The other sizable ethnic groups are of Vietnamese and Chinese origins. According to the Samantapasadika, the commentary on Vinaya Pitaka, and a Sri Lankan chronicle Mahavamsa, after the third Buddhist Council which was held at Pataliputra (Modern Patna), India, in the third century B.C., under the presidentship of Thera Mahamoggaliputta Tissa, and was patronized by emperor Dhammasoka, sent a Buddhist mission headed by two monks, namely Sona and Uttara from Jambudipa (India) to Suvarnabhumi in order to propagate the Buddha’s teachings there. In ancient times Suvarnabhumi covered a large part of South-East Asia including Cambodia. Suvannabhumi covered modern Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, and some parts of Indonesia. Ancient inscriptions and various historical documents explain that in Cambodia Buddhism has existed in the country since the third century B.C., although practice of Buddhism (Mahayana and Theravada) changed according to the faith of the king. This paper is covering the Historical, Political and Social impact of Buddhism in Cambodia. This paper explains the introduction and growth of Buddhism in Cambodia.

The current study is carried out to know the impact of fee- reimbursement schemes on the quality of Higher education in Telangana state. This study is based on descriptive research that sought to explain the phenomena under investigation. The primary data is gathered from a sample of 300 students by administering a structured questionnaire specially designed for
the purpose. Statistical techniques like correlation coefficient and chi-square test were used to know the significant relationship between impact of fee-reimbursement scheme on higher education. It is observed from the study that student’s higher education is depending on their parental income and occupation. 48.57 percent of the respondents are strongly agreed that they are failed in the exams as preparing for government jobs and not attending regular class work due to fee-reimbursement and followed by 28.57 percent are studying for the sake of degree only. Majority of the respondents opined that the state government should continue fee reimbursement scheme to help the students who are below poverty line for continuing their further education.
