Abstract :
aISI H13 tool steel serves various high-temperature and high-wear industrial purposes including forging and die casting and extrusion operations. Such operating conditions commonly result in premature wear and thermal stress damage of the material despite its excellent properties. a combination of gas nitriding treatment with following hard coating deposition (including TiC Crn and alTin) represents a valuable approach to enhance surface hardness and improve wear resistance and extend tool life duration. The review presents an integrated summary of modern experimental approaches which start with material and sample processing methods before continuing to nitriding parameter plans and coating application techniques and extending through comprehensive surface assessment and mechanical testing stage. The paper explores two statistical optimization approaches called Taguchi analysis together with linear regression modeling for enhancing process optimization. The review investigates how microstructural changes relate to tribo-mechanical performance while proposing new research paths for improving duplex processing methods

Higher education accreditation systems are vital for ensuring quality and fostering international collaboration. However, significant gaps exist between Indian and international accreditation systems, creating challenges for academic mobility, recognition of qualifications, and global competitiveness. This paper aims to explore these gaps, analyse their implications, and propose a SMART (Specific, Measurable, achievable, relevant, Time-bound) solution to harmonise accreditation frameworks.

he neP-2020 emphasizes a holistic approach to teacher education, focusing on multidisciplinary perspectives, experiential learning, and the integration of technology. Through a comprehensive review of literature and analysis of policy documents, this study identifies key reforms initiated by NEP-2020, including the establishment of multidisciplinary teacher education institutions, the integration of arts and vocational subjects in teacher training, and the emphasis on continuous professional development through digital platforms. The national education Policy (neP) 2020 is a comprehensive framework for the transformation of the Indian education system. It encompasses various aspects of education, including teacher education. neP-2020 proposes a four-year integrated teacher education programme for individuals who aim to become teachers. This programme integrates rigorous academic content with practical classroom experience, enabling prospective teachers to develop a comprehensive understanding of teaching-learning processes. The study investigates the challenges and opportunities presented by NEP-2020 in enhancing the quality of teacher education. It explores issues such as the need for infrastructure development, faculty training, curriculum restructuring, and the alignment of teacher education programmes with evolving educational paradigms. neP-2020 holds promise for revitalizing teacher education in India; its successful implementation requires efforts from policymakers, educational institutions

The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) in online education is opening up new dimensions in personalized learning. By harnessing AI’s ability to analyze vast amounts of data and adapt to individual student needs, teachers can create tailored learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and abilities. This article explores the transformative potential of AI-powered personalized learning, discussing both the opportunities and challenges arising from its integration into online education. From enhancing student engagement and achievement to promoting educational equity, AI is set to redefine the online learning landscape. This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, highlighting recent research advancements and insights. By exploring the potential benefits and limitations of AI in educational settings, this review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of its transformative impact on teaching and learning
Abstract :
The implementation of the right to education act (rTe) in India, which began in 2009, marked a significant transformation in the educational framework by encouraging infrastructure development and resulting in a significant increase in student enrollments, particularly at the upper primary level, which increased by 19.4%. Despite these gains, the Indian educational system continues to face significant inequities, particularly in higher education. recognising these imbalances, the 2020 national education Policy (neP) recognises and seeks to address challenges such as limited school infrastructure, gender gaps, and educational inequality prevalent in rural areas and for SEDGs. The NEP-2020 expresses a commitment to develop Special Educational Zones (SEZs) to improve educational standards in marginalised areas and groups. However, for effective implementation, the particular and differentiating qualities of these zones require clearer demarcation. The strategy offers innovative educational frameworks, most notably the 5+3+3+4 structure, with the goal of facilitating universal access to education, accommodating children who are now excluded from formal schooling, and initiating reforms in teacher education and evaluation practises. To improve representation and reduce high dropout rates, the NEP introduces the notion of Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups (SEDGs).
Abstract :
Commerce and Management education has experienced a significant transformation in recent years, due to the rapid changes in technology. The traditional model of curriculum, pedagogy andragogy, has combined to revolutionize the classroom instruction model. Today’s education system is driven by technology playing a pivotal role in redefining commerce and management education. This digital revolution is breaking down spatial or geographical boundaries, making learning models break barriers of temporal constraints, expanding access to high-quality business education almost on tap, and equipping students with the skills essential for success in a dynamic and global marketplace. There has been a challenging times for commerce and management education due to inclusion of ICT based education, innovation, creativity, adaptability, and impact of all. There is a scope of numerous opportunities as well as challenges associated with it. Due to changes in economy, peer-to-peer based, and incorporation of new education models, it is essential for students to understand about these new models and the ways by which they can become successful management professionals. This paper explores the envisioned transformation of India into a developed nation by 2047, termed “Viksit Bharat @ 2047,” and the critical role that commerce and management education will play in achieving this goal. It highlights the current state of commerce and management education in India, identifies key areas for development, and proposes strategic initiatives to enhance the education system’s effectiveness in driving economic growth and for social progress.
