This Volume is the outgrowth of the UGC Sponsored National Seminar on " Human Rights: Challenges, Role of National Service Scheme". The objectives of the seminar were to discuss the unease for the human rights in both an artefact of history as well as of civilisation. It has been a subject of unvarying change and fruition.
