Education plays an essential character in the life of living beings. Through education, one becomes sufficient about the ways of life and to be lived. There would be a teacher, learner and the aftermath of the learning procedure as known as evaluation, considering the knowledge, skills, and many other factors relevant to the life of beings. However, in the process of teaching-learning, evaluation plays an integral part as the learners’ achievement, and competency is carried periodically during teaching-learning process to make the learner master of the particular that focuses on both cognitive and non-cognitive learning (Subramanian & Kalaiselvi, 2019).
